My work at Unforgettable is MUCH BIGGER than my little business.
I don't have all the answers, but my goal is to be a catalyst for a movement, an ambassador for breaking the script, emotional elevation and unforgettability.
All the work I do with clients, the talks I give, podcasts, articles, LinkedIn posts, conversations, workshops ... every single thing I do is to an effort to offer a perspective shift.
To pave a new road for TA and HR Pros, Recruiters, HR Tech teams and Founders - so that together, collectively, we can change the industry.
If I'm successful, these perspective shifts will change the conversations going on around our boardroom tables - and eventually - the conversations we're having around our dinner tables will change as well.
And the answer to the question, "How was work?" will be positive more often than it's negative.
We all spend so much of our lives working, and our employment experiences influence our mental and physical wellbeing so profoundly, that if we can create emotional elevation in the recruiting process and carry this through into our workplaces, we can quite literally change the world.
