A new late-night venue is opening beneath Manly Corso – and we're excited to welcome them to our hospitality portfolio 📁

The is an Irish-inspired basement bar – moody, immersive and in a league of its own. At the helm is Matt Clifton, a Manly local with roots across New York, Los Angeles and Sydney, including Donny’s Bar, Henry G’s and The Cumberland.

The menu is inspired by Irish pub classics, with 'share style' Pulled Beef Yorkshire Pudding Pies, Black Pudding Scotch Eggs and more.

The drinks? A mix of traditional Irish pours and creative cocktails.

Last month, we hosted an intimate press dinner to celebrate the launch of Hojiak Melbourne – Chef Junda Khoo's most personal cooking venture to date!

A creative remix of the Malaysian cuisine he grew up with, the menu balances traditional flavours and modern techniques to surprise and delight with every course. Our favourite? Their Signature Laksa Bombs, of course.

Guests were able to connect directly with Junda in a live Q&A, and learnt about what it takes to build a stand-out menu by Head Chef Ralph.

She's a matcha connoisseur (though we're slowly converting her to the coffee dark side ☕), a quiet sassy queen, and a serious bookworm – she read 3 books last month and is currently reading The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman. A night of dinner and debauchery in Rose Bay🍷.

We hosted an intimate media event at Rasā House to celebrate newly appointed Head Chef Keno Perlas and a menu that does exactly what Rasā does best — throws out the rulebook.

The night was packed full of "borderless" flavour and dishes anchored not to one place, but many. From Cantonese-inspired Char Siu charcoal chicken to Middle Eastern Eggplant Murtabak – there was lots to enjoy. Including a surprise wine cellar experience and a tote filled with house-made favourites and a small artwork to remember the night by.

Well fed, well loved, and already planning our next visit.
