How’s the serenity. Can you believe I actually got paid to work here today? They’ve even got their own private waterfall. And out the front there’s a lake and 20 or so Quercus suber, Cork Trees. Beautiful property!!!! I love getting asked to come and help out on jobs like this. And I must have been feeling energetic, I was only working as a Subcontract Groundie, but I couldn’t resist a couple of small climbs. 😎🌈👌🌳.

Finished off this Ornamental Pear prune today. Faced up both sides and did a height reduction back to the old cuts. We also took all of the long branches off of the neighbours roof. There wasn’t a pool in the way last time! It was a nice little job though and great Customers to work for, so I’m happy to go back there anytime.

Dropped the chipper off with PabFab Welding while I went and did a small logging up job, then came back in the late afternoon and we finished the repairs together. All up it was only 2 to 3 hours work. Fitted the leaf springs back in, welded up the mud guards, a bit of panel beating and painting, reset the anvil, checked the hydraulics, engine, fly wheel, bearings and electrics. A pretty good result really. Didn’t even lose a days work. Gotta be happy with that! 😊👌🌳🌈😎.

So this happened this morning. Not the best start to a Sunday morning...............but I have had worse. And this will not stop me. Got a rigging line on the frame and pulled it back over.😊. Off now to Pablo’s to get the mud guards welded back on, check the fly wheel and shaft, give Veronica a test run. She’s never let me down yet. And there hasn’t been a machine made yet that Pablo can’t fix. 👌🌳🌈😎

Not your average job this one............but definitely a fun job!!! This Guy is easily one of my favourite Customers. So when he called and told me what he’d done and what he wanted me to do I was there as quick as I could. 😊👌🌳🌈😎.

Swamp Wallabies, Araucaria’s, lighthouses and stingrays. A nice way to spend a Sunday. May have fitted in an early morning quote. But weekends are for relaxing.😎.
