The planning requirements for single dwellings (Clause 54) have been updated in line with the changes made earlier in the year to multiple dwelling applications. Now for the building regulations to be updated so that everything lines up!

Clause 54 of all planning schemes applies to all single dwellings, including alterations and extensions, where the land is within one of 6 residential zones:
