Role Overview

We are currently seeking experienced and professional Security Officers for ongoing work across pubs, clubs, and nightlife venues.

Key Responsibilities
• Crowd control and venue entry management
• ID checks and RSA compliance
• Monitoring patron behaviour and maintaining a safe environment
• Conflict resolution and incident response
• Ensuring compliance with NSW licensing laws
• Liaising with venue managers and staff

Mandatory Requirements
• Current NSW Security Licence (1AC – Crowd Controller)
• Valid RSA Certificate
• Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Professional presentation and reliability

Preferred Experience
• Previous experience in pubs, clubs, or nightlife venues
• Ability to work weekends, late nights, and public holidays
• Experience in high-volume or VIP venues
