Making a 4 bowl wet bench for a Chinese restaurant.
Step by step
1, cut and fold benchtop form flat 1.2mm stainless
Steel sheet
2, measure, mark and peel plastic coating for cutting
Sink bowl openings
3, cut out sink bowl openings and fit sink bowls in one by one
4, tack weld sink bowls in tacking every 10mm
(Sink bowls 600mm x 450mm x 300mm deep)
5, starting at one end seam world each sink bowl in
6, using a grinder with 60 grit pad grind welds flat
7, grind and polish internal corners
8, grind all top and internal welded surfaces flat
9, using a hand held linisher with a 60grit pad clean
Up all the welded surfaces putting the grain back
In the stainless matching the way the grain runs
10, using a polishing mop, polish all the welded
Surfaces
11, using a scotch brite pad hand polish all and
Around the welded surfaces
12, drink beer and admire my work and be appreciative having been taught this and being able to use my skill, improve my skill and hopefully pass the knowledge on
