Tech167_3d OG Clutch Plate Caddy.

Consists of the following

- 2.6lt Sealable Container
- Clutch plate holder designed to carry 8 fibre and 7 steel plates
- easy to use handles for holder removal from oil.

Simply lift the holder up out of the oil after soaking slide in a T bar or screw driver through the handle slots and allow the excess to drain.
Once excess is drained off install the plates in their correct orientation as per the OEM’s service manual.

We are excited to unveil our latest product offering in the form of a Fork Height Setting Gauge

This combination of tools make for a quick easy visual guide to setting the fork height in 5 different heights.

(Great for the people, like myself that suffer from bad eyesight and struggle to see the tiny millimetre increments on a steel rule)

-2mm
-3mm
-5mm
-7mm (by double stacking the 5mm & 2mm)
-8mm (by double stacking the 5mm & 3mm)

Simply rest it against the fork and triple clamp and slide the fork into the correct height desired.

$22 AUD includes postage within Australia (international orders welcome but postage prices & additional fees will differ between countries)

Additional heights can be custom made for $2.50 AUD each.

Playing around with a few ideas.

This one is a syringe style lubricator for pre-lubing Fork Seals.

The blue puck is designed to suit 48mm fork seals that are common to most current KYB & WP suspension models. (Multiple pucks can be made to suit a variety of Seal sizes)

8 evenly spaced holes in the puck allow a small amount of grease to be applied to the seal before assembly.

Whats everyone’s thoughts?

This is only a prototype at this stage and due to see a few more design changes before I’m keen to put it to market.
