🌴 Palm Transplant Project Grand Central Hotel Cobram 🌴

We recently had the pleasure of completing the successful transplant and installation of three established palms, adding a fantastic new feature to the beer garden at the Grand Central Hotel Cobram.

This was an exciting project that required careful planning, handling and placement to ensure each palm was safely relocated and positioned in its new home.

A big thank you to Babcon for supplying the crane and assisting with the safe lifting, standing and precise placement of the palms.

It’s great to see these palms given a new home, and we’re looking forward to seeing them become a standout feature of the beer garden for years to come.

Another couple of tight-access removals completed by the A.D Contracting team today.

Our first job involved the safe removal of a Pittosporum located in a challenging position behind a carport and between a house and boundary fence. Using controlled dismantling techniques, the tree was carefully pieced down, chipped on site, and the stump professionally ground out, leaving the area clean, safe, and ready for its next use.

We also removed two mature Cocos Palms that had outgrown their surroundings. Both stumps were ground below ground level, and the yard was levelled off to provide a neat, finished result.

A big shout-out to Logan for taking care of the climbing today—great work as always!
