Nathan's Tech Support is a service where I help and support people with technology, simply and easily. Locations served are Coffs Harbour, Sawtell, Toormina, Boambee, Korora and Bonville. Nathan offers friendly, patient tech support:
• 1:1 Session (1 Hour) - Personalised Tech Support at the comfort of your home or public location. Focusing on a genuine connection with the client.
• 1:1 Package (5x 1 Hour Sessions) - Perfect for regular tech support, setting up a new device or learning new tech skills! Learning Plan is provided for monitoring improvement. I can help with:
• Device Setup and Troubleshooting (Phones, Tablets, Computers)
• Using Apps
• Internet, Video Calls and Email
• Printer and Scanner
• Microsoft Office/Google Drive
• Photos and Videos
• Data Backup and Password Recovery
• Online Safety and Scam Awareness

A huge thank you to the City of Coffs Harbour Council for the lovely Facebook post they made about me! 🥰

If you didn’t know, I was awarded the 2025 Young Citizen of the Year at the Coffs Harbour Australia Day Awards where I was recognised for my work helping seniors with technology and volunteering as a radio presenter at 104.1 CHY FM in the local Coffs community.

Winning the 🇦🇺 Australia Day Award was an absolute honour and being able to help the local seniors every day through my Nathan’s Tech Support business is the best job in the world. Every Sunday, I also get the privilege to host a 2 hour radio show from 12-2pm which I’ve been doing for the last 10 years 🌟

If you or your parents need patient, 1 on 1 tech help at home whether it’s needing help with Smartphones, iPads, Wi-Fi, Computers, Emails or printers. I’m always here to help at your own pace! 💻
