Have you told your customers and followers about any changes due to the upcoming public holiday in Victoria? This is really important‼️

Make sure you post about whether or not you'll be open, if you have any special deals or sales, are you involved in any local events, or if you will have a surcharge or limited staff etc. etc.

Do this NOW and do it again a couple of times in the lead up to any public holiday.

This team reached out to me after a few lovely people referred them to me for help, and I was able to get them sorted out so that they can get the word out about an important event coming up 👏👏

Please remember that prevention is SO MUCH easier than fixing (which is not always possible, and is getting harder and harder)

Please, please reach out for a check of your onlines with me. It's only $199 and gives you peace of mind, plus a bit of bonus education about how these platforms work!

I've already had someone else reach out this morning who has had their Instagram mistakenly disabled, which has also taken out their personal Facebook and their Facebook business page. This is very common, and very hard to recover from (you can't just start another profile and page as Meta detects this!!)

Anywhoo, I'll keep on encouraging people to be proactive, but human nature tends to ignore this type of advice as 'it won't happen to me, or I'll just deal with it if it does'. But for those who don't want the stress, loss of time, loss of photos etc. and especially the loss of business - please get in touch ASAP!!!

There are definitely pros and cons of working from home!

I was delivering a very important 3-hour Government webinar and could not be interrupted- hence my very rudimentary signage on the front door 🤣🤣

Lucky for me our (very territorial) dog, Bo, managed to sleep the whole time and not bark at anyone!
