A huge congratulations to Morgan on successfully completing her Certificate III in Community Services traineeship with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH)!

Morgan has faced some challenges throughout her traineeship, but she has shown incredible determination and resilience, working through those challenges and reaching the finish line.
Next year, Morgan is planning to continue her studies by enrolling in a Diploma of Community Services, taking the next step towards her career in the community services sector.

We’re incredibly proud of everything Morgan has achieved and wish her all the very best for what’s ahead!

A big thank you to DFFH for supporting Morgan throughout her traineeship and providing her with the opportunity to develop her skills and experience within the community services sector.

We’d like to congratulate Jack Paatsch on the Completion of his Certificate III Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology.

Jack has been a great employee throughout his apprenticeship. His hard working attitude, attention to detail and ability to problem solve have held him in good steed throughout the early stages of his career. We look forward to seeing what Jack can achieve as he joins the Family business as a full-time employee.

We currently have a Youth Employment Scheme (YES) Traineeship available with the Department of Families, Fairness & Housing based in Sunshine.

The position is full time (38 hours per week) whilst completing a Certificate III in Business.

Eligible participants of the scheme are people that must cover all of the below requirements:
• Be aged between 15 and 29 years at the commencement of the traineeship
• Be unemployed or not working more than 15 hours per week
• Not be currently engaged in tertiary education; and
• Have not attained a university level qualification (excluding certificate 1-4 courses).

We’d like to congratulate Lewis Paatsch on the completion of his Certificate III in Carpentry apprenticeship with Host Employer Adam Hall Builders.

Lewis has been a joy to teach and work with throughout his apprenticeship. He has been hardworking and has always looked for ways to better himself and improve, even with the small things. This dedication has helped him develop into a well - rounded and capable tradesperson.

We’d like to thank Renee, Adam and the team at Adam Hall Builders for their continued support and commitment to helping apprentices develop into skilled professionals in the building industry.

A huge congratulations to Rangi Rangi on successfully completing his Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology with McColl's Altona!

A highly valued member of the McColl's Transport Altona team, Rangi Rangi is known for always having a smile on his face, a strong work ethic, and his commitment to ensuring every McColl's vehicle leaves the workshop in top condition. His positive attitude and willingness to learn have made him a respected member of the team.

We would also like to acknowledge Ray Wakefield (Altona Workshop Manager) for his outstanding support, guidance and commitment to developing apprentices. Ray's willingness to share his knowledge and mentor young people has played a significant role in Rangi Rangi’s success and continues to positively influence all apprentices at McColl's Altona.

Congratulations to Lachlan Kelly on the commencement of his Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Mechanical Technology with WA Auto Care.

Lachlan has seamlessly entered WA Auto Care and has kicked off his mechanical career in great fashion. We are all looking forward to seeing and watching his growth throughout his apprenticeship.
