Expansive and vibrant, revealing layers of red cherry, raspberry and a hint of rhubarb, interwoven with graphite-like minerality and fragrant whole-bunch spice. There’s something special about watching the vineyard come to life.
As the days get warmer, our vines are filling out beautifully, and we’re looking forward to seeing the vineyard transform into a sea of lush green over the coming months.

Coldstream Hills has been producing sparkling w**e in small quantities since 1995, with the first release made as a Blanc de Noir. Today, our Pinot Noir Chardonnay continues that tradition, crafted in a classic style from cool-climate Yarra Valley fruit.
Our 2018 Yarra Valley Pinot Noir Chardonnay is hand-picked and made using traditional secondary fermentation in bottle, spending more than six years on yeast lees before release.
