To be honest, not a fan. This recipe it actually milled the walnuts so the flavour you get is a really nutty one. Next time I’ll try this recipe and just roughly chop them.

This one I would honestly eat everyday of the week.
Steamed the pumpkin in the varoma and then seared it off. Chopped onion + garlic and then added the rest of the ingredients and it cooked it!
This 6 week challenge is really making me see how little of a portion I actually need!! Compared to what we were eating 🐷🤣
And I don’t feel so bloated after meals ✅
