Getting to know Linda 👋
After almost five years with MASPRO, Linda has grown alongside the business, recently stepping into an Acting Team Leader role while continuing to keep our warehouse and logistics operations running smoothly.
As Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator, no two days are the same. From coordinating domestic and international freight to improving warehouse organisation and making sure every order is packed, checked and dispatched correctly, she takes pride in finding better ways to keep everything moving.
For Linda, it's the little things that make a big difference. Well-organised shelves, clear processes, multiple quality checks, and accurately packed orders all help ensure customers receive exactly what they need, while reducing confusion and keeping operations running efficiently.
One thing that still amazes her is knowing that components packed in Condobolin can end up with customers in places like Egypt, Tanzania and Papua New Guinea. It's a reminder that the work happening behind the scenes has an impact far beyond the warehouse floor.
When asked about the culture at MASPRO, Linda didn't hesitate. "We've got a fantastic team here." She describes the workplace as supportive, fun, and somewhere she genuinely looks forward to coming to every day.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys camping, fishing and spending time with family. Her dream destination is Canada, and if she could choose one superpower, it would be seeing the future... mostly so she could pick the winning lotto numbers.
