This opportunity combines hands-on hydraulic and mechanical assembly with technical guidance for a small team of Assembly Technicians.

You’ll work with the Components Workshop Manager to influence the quality of what we build, help others develop and contribute practical ideas that improve how the workshop operates.

Getting to know Sean 👋

Meet Sean, our new Operations Manager, supporting our operations across Australia.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering and many years spent across manufacturing and operations, Sean brings a practical, hands-on perspective to the role. His experience spans everything from engineering and quality to supply chain, service, lean continuous improvement and plant management, giving him a strong understanding of what it takes to support our teams, customers, processes and production working well together.

Sean is now working alongside our teams as we continue to strengthen and grow our Australian manufacturing operations.

In his spare time, Sean enjoys family time, travelling, running and getting out for a round of golf.

What does reliability actually mean in the operation?

Uptime is important. But uptime alone doesn’t tell you whether an operation is genuinely reliable.

At MASPRO, we see reliability as something broader: whether performance remains predictable, controllable and recoverable as operating conditions change.

Because equipment can still be running while maintenance intervention increases, workarounds become routine or operational uncertainty grows.

Uptime is the outcome.

Reliability is what gives an operation confidence in achieving it.

Looking after Partnerships, Campaigns and Industry Engagement means staying close to the people, conversations and challenges shaping mining.

For Sol, that starts with listening. Whether it’s reliability challenges, maintenance pressures or changing market priorities, the best insights often come from genuine conversations with the people experiencing them firsthand.

She also believes bigger isn’t always better. The right people in the room, a valuable conversation and relationships built on trust can have far more impact.

A simple question can open the door to an important conversation.

This R U OK? Day, teams across MASPRO are taking time to come together, check in with one another and talk about how we can recognise when someone might be struggling and start a meaningful conversation.

Through team toolbox talks and time shared over breakfast, morning tea or lunch, we're creating space to connect beyond the work we do every day.

Because looking out for each other isn't something that should happen just once a year. Sometimes it starts with simply asking, "Are you OK?"

Reliability doesn’t end when a component is delivered.

It’s built through understanding the application, engineering for the operating environment, and continuing to support the customer once the component is in service.

That’s the conversation Peter Lowenhoff, Sales Manager at MASPRO, is having at Electra Mining Africa in Johannesburg: discussing reliability, customer partnerships and engineered components for hard-rock mining.

Because for us, supplying the component is only part of the job.
Building confidence in how it performs, where it performs and the support behind it is what matters.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in a permanent, hybrid four-day-a-week role.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be close to the technology, close to the outcome and have genuine ownership of how our digital ecosystem evolves.

What we’re looking for:
• Hands-on HubSpot, WordPress, SEO and analytics experience
• Practical understanding of AEO, AI-assisted search and emerging digital discovery
• Paid search and digital performance capability
• Experience using AI and automation to build smarter marketing workflows
• An ownership mindset, technical curiosity and drive to keep learning

You’ll work directly with our Marketing Director and play a key role in how MASPRO is discovered across Google, AI-assisted search and emerging digital channels, while improving the systems, automation and data behind our marketing performance.

Good conversations start with understanding the challenges happening on site.

This week, Peter and Sol are at Electra Mining Africa in Johannesburg, connecting with mining leaders and gaining a deeper understanding of the operational realities shaping mining across South Africa and the broader African region.

Different operating environments bring different demands on equipment, maintenance and reliability. Being here gives us the opportunity to listen, understand those conditions firsthand, and exchange perspectives on how engineering and manufacturing decisions can contribute to safer, more reliable and more productive mining operations.

Because reliability isn’t simply about the performance of an individual component. It’s about understanding the operating system around it.
