Club Helensvale is seeking a part-time Rostering and Payroll Clerk

2-3 days, 15-20hrs a week. Suit school hours
Multi venue Club, currently around 90 employees.

Responsible for rostering of all front house, timesheet preparation, assisting with HR duties and completion of payroll for two venues.

Skills required;
✅Experience in rostering
✅Experience in end to end payroll, including processing of super
✅Excellent attention to detail
✅Ability to communicate with relevant managers and staff regarding rostering needs and payroll enquiries
✅Good understanding of Registered Licenced Clubs Award 2020 an advantage
HR Experience
✅Club industry background advantageous
