G’day,

I’m Steve from North West Tasmania and my passion is Photography. I'm a Adventure, Travel and Surf Photojournalist. I'm currently travelling around OZ in a van, I just finished working a season at Falls Creek Ski Resort in Victoria and I'm currently finishing a Outdoor Recreation course to get my guiding skills up. I love travelling and meeting new people and their cultures, through photog

I currently use a Sony NEX7 with a 18-55mm lens, also a GoPro and my phone which is an old Samsung S3... I usd to have before it was stolen in South Africa a Nikon D7000 with two lenses; 18-105mm & 55-300mm. I love this camera for it's brilliant images and creative features including Miniature Effect, Multiple & long Exposure. I hope you enjoy my Photography and if you really ike an image and wish to purchase it or just to find out more information about the place or people in the photo send me an email on [email protected]

I look forward to hearing from you :)

Just after the action, my mate catches an epic tuna off the rocks at the end of headland just as the sun was rising. Amazed at the power of this fish. It brought a group of friends around for an awesome meal and tall tales back in Sydney.

Good coffee and adventuring go hand in hand. Using torch light we gathered drift wood from the rocky headland and cooked up a treat to give us a waking tasty energy boost for the morning fishing session with the awesome sun rise.

We camped overnight hoping that it didn't rain as we did not have the tent's fly. We woke early and scrambled down the rocky cliff lined headland with only our headlights guiding the way. The sensational sun rise was worth the bird size mozzies and the oily salami sandwiches for dinner. Hat Head, New South Wales was definitely worth the lengthy car journey from Sydney for the camping/ fishing extravaganza escape !!

These real life ruins offer an eerie glimpse into a world without humans. Their dark walls inspire a sense of wonder like I've never felt before.
