10 weeks ago this was a tired house on Noosa Sound. This is where it stands today. Nearly done and every detail landed exactly where it was supposed to.

That solid timber entry door sets the tone the moment you arrive. From there, a full kitchen rebuild with vaulted ceiling, porcelain island bench tops, under-cabinet lighting and engineered oak throughout.
Bathrooms finished with large-format stone tile and frameless glass that make the space feel twice its size.

Another high-end residential build wrapped up on the Sunshine Coast, and we couldn’t be happier with how it’s come together.

This one was all about warmth and simplicity, with timber finishes throughout, stone benchtops, and a material palette that lets the craftsmanship do the talking.

From the sculpted timber staircase to the floating bedside joinery, every detail was built to last and built to feel like home.

Blue and white stripes that pop.

The brief for the Noosa Yacht & Rowing Club renovation was to take a tired club space and give it a fit out that reflects its beautiful surroundings.

Custom booth seating in bold nautical stripes against the coastal neutrals. Rattan pendants overhead to break up the big ceiling. Mirror panels along the back wall to double the light and space. Acoustic panels on the ceiling so the room sounds as good as it looks.

The result is a space members don’t want to leave and new members want to join.

Step from the lounge to the deck and try to notice when you crossed over.

This high end Noosaville home was designed around the idea of inside and outside not competing. Utilising a retractable full height glass and flooring that runs straight from the lounge to the deck, no threshold in sight. Even the ceiling line carries outdoors so your eye never catches a wall.

The result: a home that feels twice the size and breathes the Sunshine Coast climate.
