A Day in the Life of an URTHCOR Box.

Every great box has a journey.

For Green Life Farm’s packaging, that journey begins with precision engineering and ends with a box built to perform as it takes their quality vegetables to market. 📦 🥦 🫛

It starts in our bespoke extruders, where materials are transformed with consistency and control. From there, the box moves through corrugators, die cutters, laminators, and gluing machines — some of the largest in North America. Any off-cuts from the process are collected for recycling.

What looks simple on the outside is the result of a highly advanced manufacturing process designed for performance, durability, and efficiency.

🌽 This looks a-maize-ing! 🌽

This was the first time we supplied RGR Produce Sales Inc. with their corn bin, and it went extremely well.

The grower, serving customers throughout British Columbia and Western Canada, is focused on producing high-quality produce and supplying locally, and this bin was designed to help move bulk corn efficiently from the field through to further processing or additional packing.

Each bin holds nearly 800 lb of corn, and they were stacked 4 high for storage before being transported 2 high in trucks to various destinations.

It’s a strong example of packaging designed for real-world performance. 🇨🇦
