Well done to Seb on completing the first year of his apprenticeship 🤜

The first year of an apprenticeship is no easy feat—it’s a tough introduction to the trade with long days in the heat ☀️, plenty of manual work, and a lot of time spent on the basics: digging trenches, wheelbarrowing concrete, lifting blocks, sweeping, cleaning, and fetching materials. It’s a physically demanding and sometimes a repetitive start, but an essential foundation.

By the end of that first year, things start to click. Your body adjusts, your understanding of the job site grows, and the bigger picture starts to make sense. Seb has put in the hard work, stuck it out, and is now stepping into his second year with a solid base to build on.

Well done, Seb! Looking forward to seeing what year two brings 🤝
