Mini mindful meditators - child and teen friendly meditation and relaxation techniques
Breathe into it - breathing techniques and games for teachers, children and teens
The yogi groove - yogic songs and activities to share with children
Yoga games - fun and meditative yoga games/art to inspire creativity, cooperation, intuition and connection
Yoga for the differently abled (ADD, ADHD and Special Needs)
Yogi school - yoga tools for the classroom
Family connection - incorporating yoga into family life

Setting up children’s yoga business/classes
Practical Teaching - teaching a demonstration class in groups

Dates and Times:
Friday, 9 August 2019: 6:00pm
Friday: 6:30pm - 9:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday: 6:30am-8:00am for Sadhana and 9:00am - 6:00pm for training
Tuition Fee*
$880 payable in full in advance (early bird rate $790 by 15 July 2019)
*Fees include: Tuition, training manual, lesson plans, yoga books and lunch.
Excludes: Accommodation and travel.
