Let’s raise a glass to Peacetree winemaker Livia Maiorana 🍷
The Margaret River Wine Show was held recently with wines from all over the region being judged and scored. It has been over a decade since Peacetree has entered into the show and the first time with Livia Maiorana as winemaker. The results are in and the 2023 Malbec received gold and took out “best alternative red wine of show” winning a smart looking trophy for the cabinet. The Malbec was also nominated for “best single vineyard wine” getting pipped by McHenry Hohnen’s Cabernet Sauvignon and also for “best red wine of show” getting pipped by Stella Bella’s Cabernet Sauvignon. A huge achievement for little old Peacetree and an amazing result for Liv and the hard work she puts in handcrafting these wines.
