After our sold out Signature Dinner in Perth we are excited to be heading to Sydney to host an intimate dining experience at The International.
Hosted by second-generation vigneron Richard Burch, chief winemaker Nic Bowen and Wine Club manager David Stredwick, this special evening will explore the wines that have shaped our story across the decades - Riesling, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon - through an exceptionally generous selection of current releases and rarities drawn from the Howard Park cellar.
The evening will take place in the remarkable Seidler Room at The International, one of Sydney’s most striking private dining spaces. Across the evening, guests will experience a multi-course menu designed to complement the wines and occasion, while Richard, Nic and David share the stories, vintages and moments that have defined Howard Park’s journey from its earliest beginnings through to its 40th anniversary year.
