Social media provides a never ending opportunity for trainers and coaches to promote themselves and their online services. This is great, but can also be very misleading.

Here are a few important points to consider if you are on the hunt for an online coach.

1️⃣QUALIFICATIONS
Make sure they are qualified to be giving you advice in the first place. (You can say almost anything on socials without having to prove your qualified to be saying it)
2️⃣EXPERIENCE
It’s one thing to get your qualifications, but it’s another to be implementing them in an actual gym on real life clients. It’s a must to have a coach that is still on the gym floor or had plenty of experience.
3️⃣GOOD VIBES
You have to feel comfortable to tell your trainer just about anything. Someone’s vibe may not be your cup of tea.. so make sure you can get along with your trainer from the start! (Knowing it can sometimes be a love/hate relationship at times 😆)
