This morning, our Home Care Team received a lovely surprise from Bilyara’s Chief Executive Officer, Shane Kruger, and HR Manager, Noemie Tamayo who took the time to check in with our staff — including our Home Care Manager Jolanda McGregor— to see how everyone was really doing. 😊

Shane also shared a short but sweet message about the importance of checking in with others, listening, and showing that we care — not just today, but every day. 💛

A simple “Are you OK?” can make a bigger difference than we realise.
