🚨 We’re Hiring: Bookkeeping Workflow Specialist 🚨
Are you a detail-oriented bookkeeping professional with strong workflow management skills? We're looking for someone amazing to join our team full-time or for a minimum of 25 hours per week in a completely remote online environment. 🌏
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Manage workflows for onshore and offshore teams to ensure deadlines are met.
✔️ Review bookkeeping work for quality and accuracy (BAS, Xero, QBO).
✔️ Delegate tasks effectively and resolve queries promptly.
✔️ Track and update tasks using workflow systems like Karbon and Xero Practice Manager.
✔️ Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Australian accounting or bookkeeping practice.
✅ BAS Agent qualified, with strong Xero and QBO skills.
✅ Proven experience managing workflows in a remote environment.
✅ Excellent communication skills—keeping clients and the team informed is key!
