Just a reminder . All appointments are cancelled during stage 4 restrictions... I will post again once I start taking bookings again . ... if we all do the right thing this shouldn’t be to far away .. stay strong stay safe .... and as always stay positive 😇😘💞

Hi all , please try and stay positive during this horrible time .. know there is smoother paths ahead ... be sure to talk to someone about any concerns so they don’t all build up ... and a message that comes through often is ...spend your emotions !! If you feel like crying- cry if you feel like laughter-,laugh .... punch a pillow if your angry ... don’t let it build up and manifest into mixed emotions.... most important listen to your guides ,and follow the guidance given ... 😘😇

Hello WCIBNers , so January is all most done and dusted , it’s a good test now to see how many New Years resolutions are being met .... remember not to set the impossible but work towards the probable, it’s ok to fall off along the way in any journey as long as you get straight back on .... listen for you messages along the way and look for your signs and recognise them , happy travels and I look forward to meeting the new and improved you in the near future xx stay positive xx
