There's a small grey 'Not Secure' tag sitting next to your domain in every browser, every visit, every time.
Most customers don't read it word for word. They just feel it. The brain registers the warning, decides this isn't a place to type anything in, and the tab closes before the page even finishes loading. You never see that visitor in your numbers because they were never there long enough to count.
Fixing it isn't dramatic. An SSL certificate, a proper redirect, and a check that every page loads on https.
If your site still throws that warning on mobile, it's a five-minute job on our side. Ask us about it.
