After spending the past 18 months partnering with the and their incredible teams we had the pleasure of meeting some fabulous members of the yesterday.

Our MD was thrilled to travel to and see first hand the crew from station 2 and their community engagement.

What was really clear is the commitment not only to the communities they serve and the way they interact with regular people on the street, but also their team values and camaraderie.

💫 This week we spent time working with and her incredible team creating a new plan for the future.

🎨 Breaking into teams of 4 they were tasked with choosing a project that linked into the strategic plan and was able to be designed and delivered to create impact.

💫 Each team was made up of people who had not worked together previously. This was to build collaboration and diverse thinking - and wow did that work!

🎨Once the project was agreed they had to bring their project to life using a canvas with paint.
