Been busy over the few days layering plants in the vineyard. It’s a process where we can bury an existing cane that is still attached to the parent plant and it will grow roots over time and form a new plant. I generally leave them attached for at least 3 years. After that they would’ve developed enough of a root base to be self sufficient.

With the long weekend fast approaching we thought it best to let you all know that appellation will be open on Sunday 7th June only from 12 pm. We encourage you to book as indoor seating is limited. Also we’ll be showcasing 2 new releases, 2025 Fiano and a 2025 Arneis.
