I am planning on starting the incorporation process, I need to know who wishes to be a paid member of the QPC and a role they would like to play.

So Far I have:

Wayne Pina-Roozemond - Chairperson
Sandra Circle - Vice Chairperson
Deanne White - Secretary
Jacq Hackett - Treasurer

We need at least a 5th and someone to take on the role of Public Officer, if you are interested in being the Public Officer or just a paid member then please let me know asap

Well, that was a tad hectic today adding all those new members, I wasn't expecting anywhere near that reaction, I was hoping for 5 maybe 10 if we were lucky, it was more like 50.

Incorporation of the QPC, we will need nominations for Chairperson, Vice-Chair Person (1 or 2), Secretary, Treasurer, and Public Officer, no forms atm as we are unincorporated, but this gives me an idea of who is interested in what when we incorporate

One the comments was to run events on the various day/s dates, this would be too much for run person or group to do, but we should try and cover as many as possible as the QPC that would lighten everyone's load, the main ones I am talking about are these

I have noticed Eileen Harlow is doing Lammas, good for you let's help her promote and market that event and get as many people out to Toowoomba as possible.

Many would know that we do Beltane, for those that don't please look here www.beltanefire.com.au, I have been wanting to do a Samhain for the last few years (do a real All Hallows in May), but as it is also the May long weekend in QLD there are so many other things on I have been hesitant to do a stand-alone event.

Does anyone want to take on any of the other dates so that we have the main 8 covered, doesn't have to be this year but at least a focus to do them

I need a little guidance and inspiration please, we (Dee and I) have decided to do the first Gympie Region event on Saturday the 15th of February @ The Curra Community Hall, the idea is for a get-together afternoon, have a chat, tea, coffee that sort of thing from 1pm to 4pm, gold coin donation to cover costs, thought we could do readings, healings and have a bit of a swap meet/market type thing, need a catchy name for the afternoon, want this to be a regular thing, and maybe eventually turn it into a proper market for those that went to Beltane to try and really get the "Olde World Market" name out there

Regional Coordinators:
To have a local contact for anyone, that can find out what local events are happening with more in-depth information than what may be available on the page
To organise or help organise others meetups, like coffee, swap meets, or other events, old-world market events etc.

Look and find out who has sabbat celebrations.
Calendar these events
Find other groups who would like to take on one or any of these events

Future:
To look at Incorporating QPC into a legal entity and becoming advocacy for paganism and help demystify what paganism is
