This design was for our builder client who wanted to create something special in the Aura development, that would stand out from the pack.

We achieved the brief starting with a gatehouse as you enter the site, a pool to the front of the lot to take advantage of the north facing block and a courtyard to the centre of the home to enhance natural light, winter sun and cross ventilation. The indoor outdoor connections made this a standout, winning not just the State Design Award but also the Master Builders National Award for its class. A wonderful collaboration between DCM and our client.
