🗯 I've always believed that mentoring is not just about guiding someone; it's about inspiring them to surpass their own expectations.

This belief was once again reaffirmed by the incredible Kaitlyn Merrin from Merrin Co Pty Ltd .

🎯 In just the last two weeks, she has led not one, but two of her clients to achieve certification in 9001, 14001, and 45001 - a testament to her dedication and expertise.

For nearly 5 years, I've had the privilege of being Kaitlyn's ISO mentor. 🙏 Watching her business flourish, witnessing her personal growth, and seeing the satisfaction of her clients, only reinforces my passion for what I do. It's moments like these that transform my 'job' into my 'dream job'.

There is currently funding for small to medium businesses based in WA looking to become ISO Certified.

Funding to help WA businesses get a third-party certification of national and international standards.

What do you get?
Funding of up to $20,000.

Who is this for?
Western Australian small to medium enterprises.

Overview

Funding is available to assist small to medium businesses access the external expertise required to help them achieve third-party certification in national and international standards, including:

• ISO 9001 – quality management standards to help work more efficiently and reduce product failures
• ISO 14001 – environmental management standard to help reduce environmental impacts, reduce waste and be more sustainable
• ISO 45001 – health and safety standards to help reduce accidents in the workplace
• ISO 27001 – IT security standards to help keep sensitive information secure
• ISO 50001 – energy management standards to help reduce energy consumption
• AS/NZS 5131 – steel industry compliance standards to help improve the integrity of structural steelwork.
Funding of up to $20,000 is available to cover 75% of eligible costs.

What are the eligibility criteria?
To be eligible, you must:
• have an Australian business number (ABN)
• be registered for goods and services tax (GST)
• be a for-profit organisation or business
• have been operating for at least 3 years at the time of application
• be based in Western Australia and continue to be based there for the next 12 months
• employ less than 200 people.
