Custom VJ-profile joinery, reeded glass, decorative cornices, Brass fixtures & fittings come together to deliver a sophisticated blend of classic craftsmanship and contemporary elegance.

Coastal calm meets forest retreat.

Nestled in Daisy Hill with tranquil views across Dennis Lake, this knock down rebuild has been transformed into a serene coastal-inspired sanctuary immersed in natural surrounds. Expertly designed by Pride Home Designs, the four level split residence follows the natural contour of the land, creating seamless transitions and a striking sense of flow throughout.

A palette of crisp whites, soft natural light and airy finishes establishes a calm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you enter.

Premium finishes elevate every space. Externally, honed concrete surrounds the resort-style pool, travertine French lay tiles anchor the alfresco, and loose lay stone wraps both internal and external feature walls with rich natural texture. Inside, engineered timber flooring, a grand angular staircase and expansive openings frame the surrounding greenery, enhancing the home’s connection to nature and bringing a sense of tranquillity throughout.

Thoughtfully designed for modern family living, the flexible floorplan offers multiple living zones that adapt effortlessly as families grow. Split across multiple levels, the home balances privacy and connection, while durable materials and considered design ensure everyday functionality is matched by refined style.

Every detail has been carefully curated to deliver a calm, breezy lifestyle where coastal ease meets the serenity of a forest retreat.

A challenging steep block was brought to life through a carefully considered knock down rebuild, resulting in a home that balances functionality, timeless design and quality craftsmanship. Designed by Pride Home Designs for a growing family, every detail was intentionally considered to create a home that feels both practical and elevated.

From the beginning, the project was shaped through a collaborative and transparent relationship with our incredible clients, who had a clear vision for the aesthetic they wanted to achieve. We worked closely together throughout the entire process, coordinating with both the clients and trades to ensure a seamless outcome across every stage of the build.

At the centre of the home, a custom kitchen featuring natural Viola stone and tailored joinery creates a warm yet sophisticated focal point for everyday living. Layered detailing throughout the interiors, including handcrafted wainscotting, picture rails and decorative finishes add texture and character throughout the home. Engineered timber flooring and honed marble tiling bring a subtle sense of luxury to the entry, laundry and bathrooms. The connection between indoors and out was equally considered, opening onto fully landscaped surrounds complete with French lay travertine paving and a custom-built BBQ area designed for relaxed entertaining.
Every selection in this home from the stone, lighting, paint colours, fixtures and fittings has been carefully executed.

This home is unlike anything Jux has delivered before, and it was an absolute pleasure bringing our clients’ vision to life.
