Contract Administrator Traineeship | Full-Time | 📍 Forster, NSW

We have a rare opportunity for someone to join our Forster team as a Contract Administrator Trainee, while completing a Certificate IV in Building Project Support.

You’ll become an important link between our site operations, Commercial team and Finance department, gaining practical experience across project administration, invoicing, job costing, estimating and contracts while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

No previous construction or contract administration experience is required. What matters most is your willingness to learn, confidence working with numbers, attention to detail, and commitment to producing accurate, dependable work.

You’ll be supported by an experienced team while building genuine commercial skills with a pathway into contract administration, estimating, project support, and commercial operations.
