How’s your pop-up going? Just wanted to showcase a pop-up that I really enjoyed from reallygoodemails.com.
Also who the hell says they enjoy a pop-up?! They must have done something right.

(Quick question: how can you improve your copy on your pop up?)

✍️ The copy is what grabbed me ✍️

It was an exit-intent pop up (when your mouse moves to the top of the screen) and it has the copy to match the action I was taking - “sorry for being an A hole”.

Exit intent is a great way to have a less intrusive pop as it doesn’t interrupt what you’re doing.

What I like is:

➡️ The headline - eye-catching with humour, leading to the body paragraph “but…”

➡️ The body - the reason you may be on the site, personal, and language to email likeable

➡️ Name & email fields - more humour (anyone remember Geocities?)

I would get rid of the tick box if you don’t need it.
But I assume this is for privacy and GDPR reasons.

➡️ Call-to-action - Easy, obvious, colour contrast, and says exactly what you’re doing

So, again, how can you go about changing up your copy to make it more engaging and even enjoyable?

If you use Klaviyo for your online store (you should) then here's a quick walkthrough ~ 1st one ever lolzz ~ on how to put it together to get you results.

Goals are to:
1. Get the sale
2. Find out why they abandoned cart
3. Give a customer service approach

I show you how to achieve those goals by:
• Set up in Klaviyo
• Send times
• The right content to send

You can use this strategy in Mailchimp, Drip etc

Like Email Automation.

Most Shopify stores have some sort of Abandoned Cart email automation but… what are your goals?
Here are the goals I like:

➡️ Goal 1 - get the sale
➡️ Goal 2 - provide customer service
➡️ Goal 3 - find out why they didn’t finish their purchase

Focusing on the customer helps you make sales. We sometimes we think we know everything but we don’t (know jack).

Hi, I’m Mando. I’m smiling like an idiot sometimes cos I’m happy about the life I have and what I do, but not satisfied. I love the good vibes with people like you.

With FB ads costing more than ever, take advantage of the Black Friday traffic and double down on retargeting (page view, add to cart, FB content engagement) especially on those that haven’t bought from you.
