In this , we have Brittany — Senior Producer at What Matters.

Brittany works alongside chefs, marketing teams, graphic designers and cinematographers to bring hospitality projects to life. It’s a fast-paced, creative environment, and exactly where she thrives.

What she enjoys most isn’t a particular campaign or shoot, it’s the people. “I find each day pretty rewarding tbh because I get to try and be the best manager or team leader I can be. The team is awesome and seeing everyone progress and band together is the best!”

Before this, Brittany was working in a corporate role, but wanted something different. “I started chatting to my creative friends and got hooked by the forever-changing, quirky and fun space of production.”

If she wasn’t in production, she’d see herself doing something completely different. “I’d be a Paramedic.”

When asked about her biggest career milestone, her answer is refreshingly simple: “This one I’m living in right now” 🎉

And her go-to piece of advice? “To slow down.”

Outside of work, Brittany’s focus shifts to hands-on projects and time in the water. She’s currently finishing off her van and has her sights set on surfing in the Mentawai’s. She’s also adding another skill to the list and is currently learning French.

When asked what she loves most about Desk Space, her answer was simple: “Everyone on level 3.” Considering her team based on level 3, we won’t comment on the obvious bias here… (We love all three floors equally ❤️)

And when she needs a quick reset, you’ll usually find her at Flour & Stone. “Flour & Stone for yummy treats is the best.”

Our members at were brought on as a creative partner for the All Blacks Experience — an immersive attraction celebrating the legacy, stories, and culture of New Zealand rugby. And when your client is the most iconic rugby team in the world, the brief is never going to be small.

Working with some of the biggest names in the game, the team scripted and filmed a series of hero campaign videos, which were then adapted across social media, digital advertising, retail displays, and even Eden Park’s giant screens.

Two days of filming became more than 30 pieces of content, and what you see here is just one of many stories brought to life through the project.

This month, we welcomed the team from to the community 🎉

Planna is helping architects, designers, developers and property professionals simplify one of the most complex parts of the building process: town planning.

By combining smart software, planning tools, and support from experienced planners and ex-council officers, they’re helping businesses, homeowners and architects bring more of the planning process in-house, saving time, reducing costs, and fast-tracking approvals.

From home renovations, extensions, granny flats and subdivisions, to cafés, gyms, retail spaces, offices and larger commercial developments, Planna helps make the approval process a whole lot less daunting.

We are excited to have the Planna team call Desk Space home. ❤️
