Shout out to all the Nurses on International Nurses Day. Thank you for your unwavering support, care and help when people are vulnerable. Thanks for your commitment to people over profit, even when your employer wants to give you more work and less money. You deserve the best, you deserve much more for the care you give. All we can do is express our thanks that you are there when we need you. Thank you for the time you spend to help our loved ones, especially when it takes you away from yours. Nurses are awesome.

Fantastic day with a small group session for our local ADF participants, equipping them with skills to map their military work into civilian jobs and gain the confidence to make the career jump. A great group to work with, looking forward to part two coming up.

Career transitions and life transitions always involve uncertainty. They’re tricky to work through because transitions involve courage too.

I see many people who feel stuck because they can't see clearly and genuinely want to move forward.

It's a privilege for me to meet people and be trusted with their story, their hopes and ideas for WHO they'd like to be.

And even in their 'stuckness' they are still amazing humans (and they've often forgotten that).

If you're stuck or unsure about what to do, how to find your purpose, how to reinvent or realign your career - get in touch.

Get some professional support and objective advice to help you see more clearly. It won't fix everything, but you'll clear away some of the mind clutter and know the next steps to take.

It is a privilege to work closely with so many current and former Members, Reservists, Partners and their families in my daily work as a civilian, helping them to reinvent their careers and find a new direction after service.
I truly enjoy meeting people with such great determination, grit and spirit, who are driven by a mindset of service.
ANZAC Day is a sober occasion as we commemorate the anniversary of the Gallipoli Campaign of WW1 and reflect on all those who lost their lives as a result of war and service. It’s also a day we remember and reflect on the commitment of all Defence Members, Veterans, both past and present, including their families who support them and endure long absences, grief, uncertainty, new towns and cities and a transient lifestyle in the name of serving their country.
It’s a privilege to serve those who have served.
