Last week we talked about time.
But what if the reason you're feeling busy, but not quite getting anywhere, isn't actually a time problem?

For a long time I used to think I needed better time management. You know - tighter schedules, smarter to-do lists. But when I started paying attention to my energy rather than just my calendar, and when I did, things shifted.

Here's what I noticed: some tasks are perfectly fine when I'm running low; admin, emails, routine things. But the work that needs my full thinking and presence? That needs a very different kind of window.

So, this week's challenge is about learning to match your work to your energy:

1. Protect your peak window for your most demanding tasks
2. Notice which interactions drain you and build in small recovery moments
3. Track your energy for three days and look for patterns

Ask yourself: When do you feel most energised in your day - and is that time being used in a way that matches it?

The full challenge is in this week's subscriber email. Not on the list yet? DM me and I'll add you💛

Something happened at an event I was serving at recently that really stayed with me, and I wanted to share it with you this week. 💭

I was serving a room full of smart, motivated people had just spent the day getting clear on exactly what they wanted and why it mattered. Real focus. Real honesty. Real momentum.

Then we took a break and I watched so many pick up our phones....

And I thought to myself; this is the challenge, isn't it? Not the lack of knowing what matters. But protecting our attention long enough to actually do something about it.

Our brains aren't designed for constant switching. The prefrontal cortex, the part responsible for focus and good decisions, runs on a limited daily budget. And right now, there's a lot competing for it.

So this week's challenge is simple: a small attention audit across three areas.

📵 At work -create one focused block, notifications off, dedicated to your most important task.
🍽️ In your relationships - choose one phone-free moment each day. Even small pockets of real presence matter more than we realise.
📲 For your own growth - review your feeds and apps. Ask honestly: does this serve me? If not, remove or replace it with something that does.

You don't have to overhaul your whole digital life this week. That's NOT what I am doing either. Just start with one honest question:
Where is my attention going - and is it taking me where I want to be? 💕

There is magic to be found each day. Some days you need to look harder than others. Today my magic was gifted to me by an amazing client and a beautiful review. I am so very grateful that I get to do this work now.

"Jodi has helped me so much in recognizing and breaking through my self-imposed limitations. She has consistently gone above and beyond in supporting me, and from the very beginning, I felt an immediate connection with her.

What stood out most was how genuinely she cared and wanted to help. That made it easier for me to open up and do the deeper work. The guidance Jodi has walked me through has not only benefited my life tremendously, but I believe it has also positively impacted my family and future generations through the changes I’m making.

Without her support, I may not have even recognized some of the limiting beliefs and patterns I was carrying. I’m deeply grateful for her presence, insight, and the transformation she has helped me create."

Thank you Universe (an my Incredible client) 💕

Last week I found myself scrolling through the news and I felt it - the anger, the sadness, the heaviness of things that are hard to witness. And then noticing how those events were being amplified by certain voices, and realising I had taken all of it on.

Maybe you've been there too lately. 💙

Here's something that helped me - and I hope it helps you too.
Neuroscience distinguishes between two states:

1. Empathic distress - absorbing others' pain as your own (exhausting, destabilising)
2. Compassionate concern - caring deeply without being consumed (sustainable, even energising)

One depletes you. The other keeps you present and capable of actually doing something.

This week's challenge gives you three simple steps to make that shift so you can keep caring about the world without losing yourself in the process.

If you're interested in those steps, DM me and I will send them to you. And if someone in your world needs this today, please share it. 🌿
