🚫 What to cut (simple rules)

🍔 No burger — avoid sugary sauces & buns
🍟 No chips — skip salty processed snacks
🍦 No ice cream — cut out sugary desserts
🍗 No fast food — focus on fresh meals
🍫 No chocolate/candy bars — avoid sweet treats
🍞 No white bread — choose whole grains instead
🥤 No soda — drink water or tea
🍩 No cakes or donuts — desserts = cravings trigger
