I work with business professionals, coaches,owners, motivational speakers and those that lead lives of achieving. I provide a wholistic approach in order to empower those that are Goal and deadline orientated with solutions to maintain peak performance in their chosen fields. In Fitness, business and life in general we are constantly faced with barriers, obstacles and plateus and at times even the best need a coach for them selves to maitain that extra edge! There are millions of Personal Trainers in the world so you never know how to find the right one for you. Living in Darwin i specialise in the area of "Time Poor" professionals. So those that, like me fell that they have so much on their plate that they can't possibly make time for working on the most important asset every body has......their own health! Business owners- small and large, Managers and executives. I do this because i know what its like and my background in the Army Reserves but also managing study whilst working and keeping to military commitments and leaderships roles all at the same time. This has also helped me with effectively train FIFO clients by using internet communication programs and support to clients, but also showing clients how to train using every day objects. I work from a 24 hour fitness facility, how ever also using a few simple and effective pieces of equipment that clients can add to their baggage with little weight and use where ever they are to continue training when unable to do sessions with me face to face. So those that are in time consuming and leadership positions where they need to be fit to keep up with their schedules, i'm the trainer for you.
