📣WE’RE HIRING – LEADING HAND📣

ABR Group is looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join our team in Darwin.

You’ll lead a small crew delivering:

🌟Electrical and communications conduit installation
🌟Cable hauling
🌟Pit and underground service installation
🌟Small civil works
🌟Concrete works
🌟Excavator and skid steer operations

We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, keep the crew productive and make sure works are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Requirements include:

🌟Previous Leading Hand experience
🌟HR Driver Licence
🌟Excavator and skid steer experience
🌟Underground electrical/communications experience
🌟Cable hauling experience
🌟Ability to complete JSA/JHAs, daily records, pre-starts and quality paperwork
🌟Ability to read construction drawings
🌟Current Police Clearance or ability to obtain one
🌟Willingness to work away on regional and remote projects when required

Full-time position
Wage negotiable based on experience and capability

He was meant to be heading back to Darwin for a family holiday, but got caught out when the road closed 🚧😬🚁

No dramas — the team jumped in, organised a helicopter to Pine Creek, then got him the rest of the way home 🚗✅🤝

Big shout out to the harbrow’s couldn’t have made it happen without you.

These Guys & Girls have been slogging it out in ridicules heat for the past 3 months laying by hand 20mm stone.

With over 4200 cubic meters installed they are at the halfway point of the project.
