Gizele is a successful self-employed Re/Max Realtor in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Re/Max is an international real estate franchise, which operates in over 100 countries. It has also had the biggest real estate market share in the United States and Canada since 1999.

About Gizele Mirasol - Re/Max Realtor

Gizele has been a Re/Max Realtor for nearly 8 years and as a franchise owner she knows the importance of staying ahead of the game as real estate is a competitive profession. Gizele attributes her success to her passion for wanting to help clients find their dream home or first home. When it is time to sell, she is a first choice agent in her area as clients know she will work hard to get a fair price for their home. She is so popular that she has over 95 Reviews/Recommendations on her page with 5/5 Star Rating.

Despite working crazy hours Gizele still finds time to host a Real Estate Radio Show on pinoyradio.com called “Property Talks with Gizele Mirasol”, sit on the Board of Directors for Gawad Kalinga (a charity focused on fighting poverty in the Philippines), give back to various charities in Canada and travel the world.

How did Gizele start her real estate career?

After working in the corporate world for over 12 years, Gizele felt she needed a career change. At the time she had a few friends that were realtors who seemed to really enjoy the profession so she thought she might give it a try for herself. In 2011 she studied for her real estate licence and then shortly after joined a Re/Max team. After a couple of years she had the confidence to work independently and with eventually grow her own team. During this time she has been a consistent Top Producer every year and has achieved a “Hall of Fame Award” in Real Estate.

Sharon is a freelance virtual assistant, mum of one and a Tally, Quickbooks and Sunsystems Trainer. She works for work remotely from home in Uganda for small business clients in Australia, helping them with Administration and Bookkeeping tasks. She is currently working remotely full-time for a small company in Canberra, Australia.

About Sharon

Sharon is a young entrepreneur and mother of one. She has been working as a freelance virtual assistant since September 2017, while she was studying at university and raising her son. Previous to becoming a virtual assistant Sharon worked as an Assistant Supervisor to a network company in Uganda and completed a three month student internship at Haystack Africa.

In 2018 Sharon completed her Bachelor of Business Administration and is currently completing her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualifications.

How did Sharon start freelancing?

Employment in Uganda is lucrative and with increasing inflation the average Ugandan salary does not pay enough to put food on the table for a family. As a single mother Sharon needed to find additional work to provide for her child, but she also needed flexibility so she could complete her university studies. Then 2017 Sharon responded to a Facebook advertisement from Staff Leverage who were recruiting virtual assistants to help small businesses in Australia.

The recruiter at the time was the co-owner of Staff Leverage, Shauna, who is also the founder of The Nexus. Having no experience Sharon took a chance and applied for the job. It was a steep learning curve for Sharon as she needed to not only learn new skills, but also how to work with a different culture.

Sharon worked for Staff Leverage and their clients for two years before she started freelancing independently.
