Loving how this school park is coming together. It may look like a lota dirt but it’s progress on site which equals progress toward a greater kiss and go space for the school community. 🌱🏫

Turning plans into reality this morning. Our proof role inspection at the Essington School Carpark taking place, with a golden hour feel to it. Footings have been installed for the new awnings. ✅ concrete curbs next. Base course then ashphault. 👀

Big milestone today! These custom made steel stringers are officially installed in our the duplex. Solid bones, solid craftsmanship, and the framework for what will be a standout feature of the build. This will shortly come together with a glass balustrade and glass handrail to finish off this floating master piece. Big thankyou to

🏡 Progress update! Things are really starting to come together.

Now that the formwork has been stripped, we’re finally getting a true sense of just how big this duplex really is! 👀

Tomorrow is another exciting milestone—the staircase goes in! 🔨✨

Downstairs will include:
🚗 Garage
🧺 Laundry
🚪 Powder room
🍽️ Kitchen
🌿 Verandah out the back

Still waiting on the rocking chair for the verandah... but we’ll get there! 😄🪑
