We are big fans of Trello! This platform is like a fresh canvas—a digital whiteboard ready for ideas, due dates, and team collaboration.

Here are just a few reasons why we love Trello -

✔️ It's a visual Action Plan
We're visually oriented and action-oriented here. So seeing plans, deliverables and deadlines mapped out visually is just a treat.

✔️ Collaboration with your team couldn't be easier
By adding team members to your board, the whole team can be on the same page. You can assign tasks and responsibilities too.

✔️ Access and share the latest version of files and documents
You can easily store and share the latest versions and iterations for work for the whole team to share and collaborate on.

✔️ Gather feedback, and approvals in one place
Gaining feedback, commentary can all be done through the easy to use a card system, which allows you to request feedback. This replaces wading through emails for individual feedback!

✔️Track progress and keep your work-flow progressing
We love love love the colour-coded labelling system, which enables you to customise your labels based on your project's requirements. Using the labelling system, together with allocating due dates and roles and responsibilities, tracking the progress of work and moving the work on through the team is an absolute breeze.

What's your top tech tool at the moment? We'd love to hear what you think?! 👂

At Think Create Do, we're big fans of the ole school newsletter. Here are four reasons why -
✔️ Consistency - committing to sending out a regular newsletter can help keep you consistent with your audience. Your audience will also get to know when they'll hear from you and the tyes of content to expect from you too.

✔️ Drive website traffic - newsletters can be a great way to drive your audience to your website. Whether it's to make a purchase, find out more about an event or course, or simply to read more articles from you. The more you link your content back to your website, the more reasons you give your audiences to visit.

✔️ Build trust - Deliver relevant and trustworthy content to your audience, and this will help you build and maintain trust.

✔️ Stay top of mind - with lots of businesses vying for attention, newsletters can be a great way to stay front and centre with your audience.

In reality, we could have come up with 54 reasons why a newsletter can add value to your customers and content marketing strategy, but you may have stopped reading 😂🤣

Does your ole newsletter need a refresh? Let's see what magic we can work on it.

At Think Create Do we're passionate about supporting local business on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We believe that every business, no matter how small should have access to high-quality marketing content to help drive their business forward.

✔️ Some businesses can afford to outsource their creative and marketing services on an ongoing basis.

✔️ Other businesses have limited budgets to outsource this work, so they may need help to get set up with templates and content to help them manage this work themselves ongoing.,

✔️ Then some businesses may not be ready to hand over the reins and need their marketing.

We're interested to know what marketing support your business needs?
