A little favour from my past customers 🙏
I’m reaching out to my genuine past customers and clients for a little support during a difficult time for my small business.
I haven’t been able to complete any new work for over a month due to a broken shoulder, and unfortunately I’m still looking at at least another 6 weeks off work while I recover.
Despite not carrying out any new work during this time, my Google Business Profile has received two negative reviews in the past two days from people who have never been customers of mine.
One review appears to be from a pest controller in New Zealand, while the other is from Fawkner in Melbourne’s northern suburbs — an area I don’t service and have never operated in.
I have reported both reviews to Google, as they don’t reflect genuine customer experiences.
As a small sole-trader business, my reputation and genuine customer reviews mean a lot. Unfair reviews can have a real impact, particularly while I’m unable to work.
I’m not asking anyone to leave a review unless you have genuinely used my services. But if I’ve helped you with pest control in the past and you were happy with my service, I would be incredibly grateful if you could take a couple of minutes to leave an honest Google review based on your own experience.

German cockroach Speck is the common name for what is left behind by these critters. Most people that guess what it is are only 50% correct.
Think both ends 🤢.
Treatment is multi pronged. First and foremost is hygiene, we must cut off the food source. Then the focus shifts to the different stages with adults, nymphs and eggs requiring different treatments.
So small yet so complex

The tube heading up the bricks is a termite mud lead/tube sending timber eaters into this Knoxfield house. The mound of dirt actually contains a baiting system which will kill the attacking colony at this entry point even if the nest is up the street.
Even in winter I am finding Ensystex Requiem baits to have fantastic uptake.
Don’t risk it, use a licensed, insured and most importantly Experienced pest controller

It’s never a good idea to cage possums as they can stress very easily and injure themselves against the cage. Unfortunately for this big mumma there was no other option as the roof entry was not safely accessible to install and maintain a one way door. She realised quite well and hopefully will not get back into this Frankston home

Not everything was pest control today. A stacker system multi panel sliding door repair was done in Cranbourne today. From not sliding at all to gliding like new.
If your sliding door fails you don’t need to tear your house apart and spend thousands on a replacement, just give me a call.
This was quite a complex repair, there would be only a handful of people in Melbourne that can do this type of fix.
