At the age of 50 I knew something had to change, I was stuck in a rut, I had lost my passion for myself and my business, I was fearful of failure and constantly thinking I am not good enough, after suffering from burn out I thought there must be more to life……
Then I discovered the business model Disruptive Leadership and it has changed my world! I had the good fortune of meeting incredible mentors who owned successful businesses, created and ran successful teams that completely dominated the markets they were in. If they could do it I thought I could too. So I invested heavily in my education and training with them and took every opportunity I could into learning everything I could. As my friends, family and business colleagues started seeing a difference in me, the changes I made in my life, the deeper relationships that I built, they started asking me how I did it. That’s when I knew I had to share this with more people. And that’s how The Disruptive Leadership Program came about. I had the opportunity to partner with industry leading business coaches including Sharon Pearson from The Coaching Institute who has researched and developed the latest Business Programs and together we set out on this mission to create authentic leaders who have fallen back in love with themselves, their business, their brand and their team. I spoke to a client yesterday who lit up when she shared with me the changes and improvements in her business and team since our last meeting, enabling her to move closer to creating life on her terms and to live her dream life. I wish I had a program and community like this when I started my business. Because instead of spending thousands of hours filtering through hundreds and hundreds of advice and courses from gurus out there, I would have the exact structure, systems and skills needed to help me and my team create transformational change we didn’t know possible for ourselves.
