Business today has to be more agile and flexible than it was 10 years ago. The main reason is because of the impact of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity). Suppleness along with vision are required today by business leaders, because the "wiggle-room" within which mistakes are tolerated is now very narrow. This requires a strong intention of the business leader that is grounded in deep self knowledge of self. The new stability is the ability to thrive in this time of instability.

I love this Toroidal flow graphic. It is so reminiscent of the dynamic of movement: divergence and convergence; differentiation and integration that occurs in many forms.
