Computer Research & Technology is an industry leader in the fields of Information Technology and Business Systems management. Due to the rapid growth of our business and exciting opportunity has opened for a Trainee Technician, a Technician and Office Equipment Mechanic.

These positions sit within our current technical team and report directly to our supportive Technical Services Director:

1. Applicants should have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
2. Applicants should be/willing to become fully conversant with all aspects of Microsoft suite of products, with emphasis on Server; Terminal Services; Windows.
3. It is expected the successful applicants will have a proven background on a broad range of equipment.
4. They should also demonstrate a high degree of skill in maintaining customer satisfaction with the ability to work onsite unsupervised.
5. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
6. They will have to be willing to participate in self education as trainee.
7. Must have a manual provisional license or unrestricted license.

Computer Research & Technology welcomes applications for an Administrative Assistant to join our team for a full-time position five days per week. The successful candidate will be working in reception, data entry and service coordination.

What we are offering?

This is a full-time position and is an ideal role for a self-motivated person with customer relationship experience and administrative skills to work alongside a friendly and hardworking team.

The successful applicant will be required to provide a range of administrative duties and receptionist functions. Duties include not limited to:

Reception duties including phone answering
Data entry including monitoring of automated invoicing
Client and supplier management including creation of reporting for management
Working in a team environment
Assisting in service delivery with Technical and Operations Directors

Have strong computer skills and be competent in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyse and solve problems
