Turning heads with my secret to weight management while indulging in delicious treats! The sales assistant couldn't resist asking about my trusty weight management vitamin patch. Meanwhile, savoring every bite of Grumpy Bakers Apple Pie and enjoying a delightful lunch at Cafe Lattitude in Penrith. Exploring NSW, cherishing family time, and celebrating our Aunt's 90th birthday—what a journey! “

Excuse me excuse me, you have something on your arm”. Hmmm 🤔 the sales assistant following me around the store and I’m like “oh that’s just my trusty weight management vitamin patch that’s helped me drop and keep off 16kg whilst eating yummy food and not having to bust myself in the gym. And she’s like, “I need that, tell me more”.

We got to try the Grumpy Bakers Apple Pie today, it was good 😋 and if you watched my stories I shared our yummy lunch at Cafe Lattitude in Penrith.

Just eating our way around NSW and enjoying precious time together. Catching up with family and finally getting to celebrate our Aunts 90th Birthday as we were in America on her actual birthday.
