📣 TOOWOOMBA — WE ARE GROWING OUR TEAM!
Looking for something a little different?
You may not have heard of Maverick Bio, but right here in Australia, our people are helping make an impact around the world. 🌏
We are looking for a Production Operator and a Production 2IC to join our Toowoomba team.
So, what do we actually do?
Our production team works within a local abattoir, recovering and preparing valuable biological materials that go on to be used in medical devices, healthcare and research around the world.
It is hands-on work with a pretty incredible purpose.
And for our Production Operator role, you do not need previous industry experience, we will train you.
What we are really looking for are good people who are:
🙌 Reliable - you turn up and your team can count on you
💪 Hardworking - you are comfortable getting in and getting the job done
🎯 Quality focused - you care about doing things properly
🤝 Team players - you look out for the people working alongside you
🌱 Willing to learn - you are open to training, feedback and doing things better
What can you expect from us?
✅ Stable, ongoing work
✅ A minimum of 4 days per week
✅ Training and support to learn the role
✅ A genuine, down-to-earth team
✅ Opportunities to learn, develop and grow
✅ Work that contributes to something much bigger
There are a few practical things you will need to consider.
⏰ Our shifts start at 5:00 am
🚗 You will need reliable transport to and from site and be comfortable with the commute
🐄 The work is physical and takes place within an abattoir environment, including working with animal tissue and biological materials
If that environment works for you and you are looking for reliable work, good people and the chance to do something that genuinely matters, we would love to hear from you.
